TWO teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murder after an eighteen-year-old was stabbed in a Sheffield street.
Emergency services were called to Rokeby Drive, Parson Cross, Sheffield, just after 11pm yesterday following reports an 18-year-old man had been assaulted "by a number of people".

Witnesses said they saw the victim, named locally as Dale Robertson
, staggering in the street before he collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood.

He was taken to hospital in the city but died from his injuries, South Yorkshire Police said.

Two youths, aged 16 and 17, are being held on suspicion of murder.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call the incident room on 0114 2963959.

It was only a matter of time before it happened in S5 - there has been gangs of youths roaming around causing upset for months and the police's Sect 30 dispersal order seems to be working really well.

THOSE OF YOU THAT FOLLOW MY POSTS WILL KNOW. I PREDICTED THIS EXACTLY. IT IS TIME THAT THE POLICE TOOK US SERIOUSLY, IT SEEMS THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN THAT OUR KIDS ARE KILLING EACH OTHER. NOR ARE THEY BOTHERED ABOUT THE REASONS. ALL THE POLICE CAN DO IS TO PROVOKE THE KIDS INTO THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR. I SAID IT FIRST AND I ONLY WISH THAT I HAD BEEN WRONG.

Surprised at the surprise of the media - remember a good friend of mine being chased and beaten to a pulp on the City Road, up on the Manor a few years ago, by a dozen cowards. Even though it was the rush-hour, nobody bothered to help, and the police, a fortnight later told him there was nothing they could do. Soon after he left the UK altogether for Spain, where he still resides. My surprise is that the police captured suspects swiftly - then again, it would seem one has to die before they show willing to do their job.
